Nicole Spracale

Cheif Operating Officer and Integrator

Nicole has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in operations, marketing, and human resources inside early-stage and fast-growing companies, with a heavy focus on those that are tech-enabled or professional services-based. Having co-founded several companies in the past, Nicole knows the importance of a strong partnership between the CEO and their #2. Prior to joining the Fox team fulltime, she worked as a fractional COO and Integrator, helping Visionaries who are stuck and have fallen out of love with the businesses they founded. Past project work included: leading and implementing strategic marketing programs; hiring and developing teams; building systems and implementing strategies for growth; and aligning strategy and culture with the core vision and values of the firm.

Nicole holds various advanced degrees, including her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. When not working at Fox, she serves as an Advisory Board Member for Certd and is a mentor with StartupWind. She is also an active executive board member of the Tempe Community Council, a local non-profit in her community focused on connecting people in need with people who care. Nicole and her husband live in Tempe, Arizona, with their daughter and their chocolate lab.
