## OUR PROCESS:

All projects with Fox Grants start with a kick-off meeting to ensure alignment with your consultant. We engage in an in-depth review of your vision, and priorities, including interviews with staff and/or subject matter expert(s).

Utilizing a variety of trusted resources, we identify and synthesize prospects into a prospect matrix that includes critical information on each funder. Everything is then presented to you in a final report with recommended next steps.

## THE POWER OF PROSPECT RESEARCH

#### IDENTIFY FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

Grant prospect research is key to ensuring the organization can take advantage of funding opportunities that could support its goals.

#### DIVERSIFYING FUNDING STREAMS

Grant prospect research helps organizations to diversify their funding streams and provides additional financial support for various projects and programs.

#### SUPPORT STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

Organizations may have several strategic goals, such as expanding programs, enhancing services, or repairing infrastructure. Prospect research helps in finding grants that can specifically support these initiatives.

#### **FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY**

In an era of uncertain funding from traditional sources, grants can be critical in maintaining financial sustainability. Grants can provide a source of funding that complements other revenue streams.

#### **BUILDING DONOR RELATIONS**

Grant prospect research can also uncover potential foundation or corporate donors. Establishing and nurturing relationships with these donors can lead to ongoing support and long-term partnerships.

#### **CAPACITY BUILDING**

Some grants come with capacity-building components, which can provide additional resources to enhance operational efficiency. This can lead to improved services and streamlined processes.
