Ken Saddler 

Contract CFO

Ken is on a lifelong journey that now spans 35 years of professional business experience to learn something new all the time. This journey started in the public company finance world where Ken learned a ton over a 20-year career and worked his way up to CFO after the first twelve years of his career. He then held five different CFO and COO positions during the last eight years for primarily manufacturing and consumer products companies. During that time Ken enjoyed the experience of being CFO during several acquisitions and divestitures and became very fond of M&A.

Having learned as much as he could take Ken then embarked on a new, self-employed journey helping privately held companies under $75 million in revenue maximize their business value. He very much enjoys serving privately held business owners, seeing them reach their goals, and watching their companies thrive. The learning certainly continues all the way to this day.

Ken holds a BSBA degree from the University of Arizona with majors in Finance and Marketing and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas. Ken is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. Ken and his wife of 33 years have two married adult children and are very fond of their two-year-old Aussiedoodle, Wilbur
